We would spend a lot of time in Winter Park even before we lived here…
But now that we’ve been here for 5 months we’ve been able to really find some cool places and watch how this area continues to just get better.
Breakfast/Brunch:
- The Coop – southern dishes like grits, fried chicken and waffles and other deliciousness.
- Briar Patch – from nutella waffles to omelets
- Txokos – brunch with a twist | chorizo corn muffins are to die for.
- Cask & Larder – fancy southern food prepared unexpected but it works. Really works. Start with the pastry plate.
- Alfond Inn – build your own bloody mary and feast on a chorizo burrito
- Barnie’s Coffee Kitchen – get a fresh pour over coffee with any of their brunch menu options
Lunch:
- 4Rivers – classic BBQ
- Pig Floyds – BBQ w/ an interesting twist
- The Porch – American food with a sports bar vibe
- Mellow Mushroom Pizza – everything is delicious
- Black Bean Deli – hefty plates with a little price tag
- Cocina 214 – yummy tacos!
- Power House – simple made to order sandwiches and smoothies
Dinner:
- The Strand – small, quaint, diner-esque with amazing food. Our recent favorite!
- Prato – Modern Italian – get the meatballs!
- Cask & Larder – specialty drinks and local sourcing
- Ravenous Pig – Gastropub with a great beer selection and constantly changing menu
- Winter Park Fish Co – for the seafood lovers
- B&B Junction – juicy grass fed burgers, fresh fries and local beers on tap
- Hillstone – beautiful lake view with unreal grilled artichokes
Sweets:
- Jeremiah’s Ice – italian ice and ice cream mixed
- 4Rivers – can’t beat their sweet shop
- P is for Pie – mini treats and yummy cold brew
Gems:
- East End Market – Lineage Coffee Roasters and Whisk & Bowl are favorites
- Winter Park Farmer’s Market – kettle corn is a must get!
- Palmers Nursery – from home decor to plants I could walk around here for hours
- Enzian Theater – for movies, food or just drinks!
- Park Avenue – either picnic in the park, or stroll the street and window shop
- Rifle Paper Co – had to 🙂
