Back to It

The last two Saturday mornings I got up and went to yoga.
I haven’t been in months and now that I’m in my second trimester and still feeling great, I want to get back into it.
I got the warmest welcome (College Park Yoga is the best) and for the 9am hour I did pretty well. I was a sweaty mess but it felt awesome. I noticed that my breathing was little harder (shortness of breath and this stuffy nose of mine didn’t make it easy) and with my slow push up my tummy touched first, but over all it was great.

Oh and a thank you to the Zumba folks – these clothes are cheerful, fun and they fit 🙂

More yoga and Zumba clothes to come.
