I swap the decor out in our room first. It’s like my safe way of being way premature in shifting decor for the season. For our bedroom, I took some of the new fall pieces from Shoppe Amber and made our typical cheery and bright corner a bit more cozy and moody.
It’s also the same corner where our faux Christmas tree will go, right around Thanksgiving time because I have zero control. So there’s that 🙂
But now that we’re in August (the heat pinnacle!) and routine is about to settle in for schools and workloads I am looking forward to the upcoming fall months. Summer, I love you but cooler temps are always welcome.
