1 // Butcher’s Daughter in BROOKLYN
This news made me crazy happy. Every time I’m in Manhattan I find myself at a Butcher’s Daughter getting avo toast and an amazing smoothie. Real delicious fuel to help my legs walk obscene distances in one of my favorite cities. Now they are in Williamsburg (which is special place for Nick and I) so now I can’t wait to frequent this location. #pumped
Thanks to the folks at Kiehl’s I’ve been trying their new Youth Dose Eye Treatment and so far I love it. If I were to be overly critical about my face it would be the fine lines around my eyes – “happy lines, they say!” but still anything to help brighten and smooth the skin around my eyes is a WIN in my book. I don’t need anything complicated otherwise I won’t use it – this product, however, is easy peasy and under $50! #sponsored
When I stumbled upon them on Instagram back when they started I knew they were going to turn into something cool. Not only is their feed literally a “California dream” but their content is stellar too. With Highway 1 back open at Big Sur I love that they put this road trip article together all based on where to EAT. YES! Also with a trip to SF next week posts about the Dorian (good eats, apparently!) and Dogpatch’s Third Street Guide might come in handy.
What a wise, creative and super talented man. When it comes down to it – don’t we all want to be aging than dealing with the alternative? It takes time, experiences, hardships and joys to create the person that shines out today. So forgive me for using the youth dose eye serum, it’s just called “maintenance.”

So this stunner just sold for over $12 million. I seriously LOVE everything about this place. From the dark exterior to the laid back, coastal vibe of the inside. I mean, it’s perfection. image: (Nikolas Koenig)
