Summer is the time to travel, take time off, explore and be present.
We’ve already been to Panama City Beach, Naples, Boca Grande and in two weeks we head out to California to see my sister and besties for the Outside Lands Festival.
It’s one of my favorite things – having a trip planned out in advance – because it gives me something to look forward to. When life gets on the routine soap box and doesn’t stop it’s a nice reminder that
Hey! It’s all temporary! Fun stuff is coming up and that’s really cool. Now, breathe.
Plus, I loveeee traveling with my guys – Nick is like a total pro – but Hudson really gets into it too now and it’s really fun to see. He pushes our luggage (Away suitcases alll the way!) and is awesome at picking plane snacks 🙂
This will be our first musical festival as a fam though – Outside Lands is a favorite of ours (we’ve been a couple times) so I’m PUMPED to play around Golden Gate park with my family and listen to good music. I’m thinking I might do a post about bringing your kid to a music festival afterward – we’ll see how we do.
Enough about me – what’s on YOUR summer vacay list?! Disney World? Gotta love that guy.
