It was such a treat to to be at the grand opening of Foster Grant at the Florida Mall.
Fun, trendy and affordable shades are totally my thing.
They are one of those things you can never have too many of.
With Foster Grant they have tons and tons of styles that $20 and under.
It’s a sunglass brand that really caters to the masses in a realistic kinda way.
Their current brand ambassador is Kat Graham – the lovely Bonnie from the Vampire Diaries – and she was there for the grand opening.
I had a few minutes with her so I asked a couple questions…
I introduced myself and explained how this little blog came to be. And lo and behold she is all about working that closet.
Her dress was H&M Balmain and her heels were Alexander McQueen.
She mentioned how she loves a good deal – H&M designer collaborations, Foster Grant sunglasses and that amazing vintage piece.
Another crazy fact – she does her own make-up and she wasn’t even wearing nail polish. I lovee that.
Lastly, I asked her what her favorite career moment was and she mentioned it was at a Carnival in Brazil, where she met and helped some amazing kids be apart of the festival. They were drummers and it was an important thing for them since it was a way to keep them out of trouble.
I am so grateful that the Foster Grant folks invited me to such a big milestone for them.
