We’re Selling Our Home!

That’s right – it’s officially on the market. Not something we ever originally thought would happen after building this one, but things change and life is different from when we first built this one and working for the builder and all I guess it was bound to happen.

Now that I do a lot of the design for LunDev I’ve had a lot more experience than we built our first one. So we’re making a lot more design/architectural decisions than previously and it will be much more custom to us personally.

We’re stoked for this new chapter and excited for our new home to be completed by the end of the year! We’ll be sharing more of the building process soon and our design/mood boards along with it.

But here are some quick stats on this house:

  • 4 bed / 3.5 bath
  • Architect: Gary Hancock, Winter Park Design
  • Built by LunDev Custom Homes
  • White kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances
  • Master down / walk-in closet / heater master bath floor
  • Office and laundry room downstairs
  • Loft and playroom upstairs
  • Pool with outdoor shower

Our house is listed with Tiffany through Kelly Price. If you have any questions or want to inquire more information please reach out to her here.

We plan on doing a really fun and interactive open house on Sunday 9/8! We’ll have Kelly’s Ice Cream Truck and I’ll be selling a lot of my clothes, bags, shoes, personal items and select decor as a POP-UP shop – more to come on that soon.

And if you know anyone who might be interested please share 🙂

My Kind of Fancy

Not much is taking me from my black vans as of late.

Perfect for messy job sites, they go with practically everything and they are so comfortable. I also love the unexpected together so this paper bag tulip skirt (which I love) paired with a button down (a steallll from Old Navy y’all) and some sneaks just seal the deal for me.

The classic black is where it’s at.

Wente Make Time Pledge

This post is sponsored by Wente Vineyards but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

When Wente Vineyards reached out about a collaboration, obviously I was intrigued. We’ve worked together before and the wine they produce is delicious. And since most of last year I was pregnant with Palmer it’s nice to be able to enjoy some wine from time to time now but that wasn’t the theme for this campaign.

Wente Vineyards is asking folks to #Maketimepledge – to take time to learn something new, cultivate and pursue your passions, maybe go outside your comfort zone. They are encouraging people to MAKE TIME for things they wish they did more of. Wente Vinegards is just along for the ride.

For me, it was two-fold – get some quality ME time, but also explore and engage with our community. I rummaged and socialized with a local small business and all their greenery and took a second (okay 30 mins) for myself. I shared some wine with old friends and left with two cute new plants and a sense of gratitude. It doesn’t take much to break from the norm, get a little creative and do something out of a routine to leave you feeling invigorated.

Living in Winter Park, I’m grateful for the small business that leave a large impact but also make you feel special. Just like Wente Vineyards who is the country’s oldest, continuously operated family-owned winery, founded in 1883. How cool is that?!

Since having Palmer, my priorities have shifted a bit – taking care of yourself is the hardest and usually the last thing you do after having a child. I’ve been giving Palmer and Hudson everything I have. It’s time to slowly make a pledge to do a few things for me – yoga, girl’s night, learn something new and visit cool places.

What would your #maketimepledge be?
