How to make it:

(1) Red Wine – from Wines of Garnacha 
(1.5) Honey Crip apple
(1) White Peach
(2) Cinnamon sticks 

Let sit overnight. 

Before serving add a splash of La Croix (I used lemon) to add some fiz and garnish with a cinnamon stick. 

It’s the perfect amount of spice with sweet. The Garnacha wine is perfect for this too, because their bottles aren’t too expensive. You can have FUN with them and still enjoy them at the same time.

When my husband is traveling, I typically don’t have time to make anything fancy in the morning.

Especially with all the craziness that ensues with two dogs and a toddler, life at any given moment can be pretty hectic. 

So when it’s just me up at the break of dawn, or when Hudson goes down for a nap, or if it’s post dinner time and I’m loungin’ on the couch (it happens, but rarely) – it’s Tazo® Tea time.

I’m a green tea fan, my first choice for sure. Just something about it – calming, soothing and just tastes good. Makes me feel good, too. Can’t explain it. So I’ve been loving Tazo Tea’s  Zen™ blend as of late, which is blend of green tea, lemongrass and spearmint. Tazo Tea has always been a favorite – you can clearly taste the quality. Plus, you can’t pass up their pretty packaging 🙂 Well, I can’t. 

So when it comes down to me having a quiet moment (anytime throughout the day), I tend to have a cup of Tazo Tea in hand. It actually makes me take a mental break and keeps me present, which ultimately reminds me just how good I have it.
