Life Lately

Aztec

I’ve always had a minor crush on anything mid-west.
From my favorite Minnetonka moccasins, small collection of sterling silver and my fringe bag… I can’t help it.

I’ve noticed the older I get the more I love it. Maybe my roots? From fashion to now interior decor, I want more of it.
And it’s probably telling that I’ve had this sweater forevverrrr and I still love it.

Plus a pair of high waist skinny jeans will always be a closet staple.

Two of my favorite things combined…

This stuff from Baxter of California you BOTH will love.
Cool packaging, mojito-flavored (yummmm!), paraben-free with coconut and jojoba oils. I mean… I’ll take 5, please.

From their BEST SELLERS, AWARD WINNERS, HAIR CARE, SHAVE CARE, SKIN CARE, to yes, CANDLES! It’s a total one stop shop that leaves all the other guy product lines in the d u s t.

Plus, it’s a brand that’s been around forever. Okay, since 1965 but they have an old school mentality with present day practices. Read more about them here.

But here’s why I love them and you will, too:

An auto-replenishment service?! Guys, seriously?

Dancing Pineapples

I got a couple different drawstring pants during my pregnancy, for this reason…
Over a year later and still wearing them 🙂

The print is fun, the fit is tailored just enough and they do put some pep in my step.

Monkey do.
I saw Lauren Conrad’s latest fashion trend post – jeans and lace.
Well instead of the fitted flare she wore, I went ahead and grabbed my most destroyed pair.
Something refreshing pairing a boyfriend style jean with a feminine top.

Hope everyone has a beautiful Easter weekend. I’m optimistic Hudson will figure out the egg hunt thing 🙂
