Quick Call

I’m never ready for Mondays.
It’s the hardest morning since I don’t want to leave my baby. 
I gotta re-pack my massive bag and make sure I’ve got enough milk for the little guy. 
So with all of that in mind – an easy Monday outfit is what I need. 
And this one, well, fits the bill.

Family Road Trip

Que: We’re off to see our (old) neighbors! 

Packing up the Kia and heading north to GA to see some of our favorite people that moved away.
We miss them and they haven’t met Mr. Hudson yet so we thought we’d make the trip.

Time to dress comfortably and well, hope for the best as we make the trek.

Fringe Benefits

My favorite people at Kohl’s sent me this bag.
I’ve been eyeing the fringe that’s been showing up on sandals, skirts and bags…

It doesn’t seem like it’s a “classic” thing that will be around for ages (even though these things hit it big in the 70’s) so this bag was a perfect way to feel it out.

I feel like I have a boheme vibe anyway… well, most days 😉

Suns Out, Shoulders Out

Father’s Day

From experience I can now say the greatest thing to happen to a man, I think, is becoming a father. There is honestly nothing better than seeing the love of your life become a dad. 

I’ve noticed a softer side, a new sense of pride and even more determination to succeed.
I know I couldn’t have asked for a better father, and I don’t think Hudson could have either. 
Happy father’s day to the wonderful men in my life.
